Woke up at 6:00am after our premier of Nº51. Bareley made it to our 9:30 flight to Vancouver out of LAX. Landed in Vancouver and saw Larry David at a small private airport. Our flight to Tofino was canceled due to weather so we took a small 8-seater plane to Nanaimo. Meet pro surfer Nathan Hedges, who by the way is one of the funniest/nicest guys I've ever met. He kept offering me drugs as I tried to sleep through our 4-hour bus ride from Nanaimo to Tofino. After a stormy 4-hours on a bus through the heart of Vancouver Island we finally made it to Tofino wet and tired.
